An engagement begins only when the relevant parties confirm its scope and terms in writing.

AKonnects aims to keep material accurate and current, but content may include historical information, summaries, opinion or material supplied by third parties. The site may be updated, interrupted or withdrawn without notice. No promise is made that every page, link, feed or function will always be available or error-free.

You may view and share links for personal or internal business reference. AKonnects does not control third-party services, availability, privacy practices or content and is not responsible for your use of them.

If those terms conflict with these website terms in relation to the engagement, the specific written engagement terms control.
